First, my client was so impressed with her results that, when I checked on her today, she sent me pictures. She looks amazing, and with her permission to post, swipe on through! This is a very real and vulnerable post for me. I'm showing my true self, and it is really hard, but I might be able to help people too. I also want to show you a product. Also, I think everyone wants to see the real person, right? So here you go! For the past few years, I have suffered on and off with tremors or residual tremors, whatever you want to call them. Sometimes it's just my hands, sometimes it's my whole body, and it even affects my speech, where I'll starts stuttering. From what I've found, stress usually triggers it, and supposedly, according to what I've been told over the years, the only way to stop it when it starts is by taking anxiety medication. The medication slows down your nervous system and helps you relax. Every now and then, I have to reschedule clients, and most of them understand completely. In fact, some of my clients also have tremors, so they get it. Yesterday at work, I started getting tremors, and I dropped a couple of my glass bowls. It got worse and worse by the end of the night. Needless to say, I ugly cried all night and almost all of today. For me, tremors mean my hands sometimes shake on their own, and occasionally, they spread throughout my whole body. It’s like my muscles are firing off signals without me telling them to, which isn't supposed to happen. These tremors can be caused by a mix of things—nerve issues, stress, fatigue, or even how my brain and body are wired. Sometimes they come and go, and other times they stick around for a while. It’s not something I can control, but I manage it the best I can. If anyone has any questions about tremors or if you suffer from them yourself, let me know. If you have questions I will try to answer them as best I can OR if you have tremors yourself maybe you could share some tips with me 🫶 Anyways, now on to the good stuff! What I want to show you is one of my favorite products! The Emergency Eye Lift Serum. You can see in these pictures when you slide through they are time stamped! But how ugly I cried and how poofy and horrible my eyes got and then I applied the emergency eye serum gently massaged it in and 30 minutes later - instantly tightened. I use this morning

Her home care has been pretty simple. Amandola milk cleanser, micro honey cleanser a few times a week, thr clearing mist, spot stop serum, meristem serum, and phito pep moisturizer and of course spf! We switched out her moisturizer for the new aqua-biotic balancing (my new favorite) her micro honey cleanser and added the vitamin veil cleanser as her first cleanse and the amandola milk cleanser., the vitamin veil will vitamins in her skin, and get to where she's not so compacted. We decided to start with 4 sessions once a week , then reassess and see how her skin is and if we should keep going or go back to maintenance . Her specific treatment is -One week would be roughly 35 to 45 minutes, and that would would be the caviar lime enzyme, oxygen treatment, and extractions, and I would send her home to sleep with the pre and post biotic mask. The following week would be 1 hour and it would include the cocoa enzyme, oxygen, extractions ,20 minutes of blue light therapy, and finishing mask and again send her home with that same pre-biotic mask to sleep. And then repeat two more times. We focused on her nose yesterday and will conquer one area at a time. The results from yesterday blew all our minds! I think we are all very happy and so excited to see the outcome!

I can't fit this amazing story on one post, so you will have to go over to the next to finish reading this. I know it's long, but it's so informative and just an amazing accomplishment for a 15 year old! I have been seeing this young lady periodically over the last couple of months, doing oxygen treatments to help with her acne, along with a home care routine that I've had her on for the past few months. We decided to start an acne boot camp. Like most teenagers, she believes she has very oily skin, and by the end of the day, she probably does get oily in her T-zone. However, her skin is actually very dry. No matter what I did in the beginning, I couldn't extract any blackheads because they were so compacted. Dry skin and blackheads don’t mix—it’s almost impossible. You have to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate to soften the skin so they can be removed. She's also a picker, which doesn’t help. But I couldn’t be happier with her decision to follow my recommendations as best as she could and her willingness to give this a try. She came in last week for an oxygen treatment, and that’s when we discussed changing some products to help hydrate her skin, stop the picking, and adjust her cleansing routine. She had been washing her face first in the shower and then using shampoo and conditioner, leaving a film from the conditioner sitting on her skin. We also talked about taking Opti-Zinc. "The monomethionine form of zinc, known as Opti-Zinc, is the most bioavailable form of zinc that acts as an anti-inflammatory directly on the pores. It has been shown to reduce the appearance of inflamed acne and cysts almost as well as oral antibiotics—but without the risk of antibiotic resistance." We discussed gut health and how everything starts from within. If our gut isn’t healthy, we won’t be healthy. So, we talked about incorporating prebiotics and probiotics, and we adjusted her skincare routine accordingly.

A little backstory: This is my favorite Bible verse! My cousin @onniechapman was more than my cousin. He was my big brother, my protector, and my advisor.
